Our
product
MHR’s
practical, and easy to install School-Pass product supports
the arrival and dismissal of students via carpool (parents) and/or school buses.
How the CARPOOL program works
Parents in the carpool program place an RFID tag (similar to toll road system tags) in the
vehicles. MHR installs readers on the school's property, and the arriving parent is automatically identified/verified (custody issues, dismissal
schedules, etc. are taken into account), and the appropriate students are scheduled for dismissal directly from classrooms
at a specific time. Changes are dynamically taken into account.
Students can optionally place an RFID tag in their backpacks to automate attendance keeping and to confirm
arrival/departure.
How
the BUS program works
An RFID reader (GPS optional) is placed on the bus to ensure that students arrive at school and leave the school on the correct bus. Students place a secure RFID tag in their backpacks to automate attendance keeping and to confirm arrival/departure. Transportation coordinators are notified in real-time when students are not on scheduled buses, facilitating on-time departures. Parents have the option of viewing bus arrival and departure times via the Internet or to receive ETA information on their cell phones. Daily changes are automatically taken into account.
