• Integrated Change Management. Allows school staff and parents to make attendance and dismissal changes across carpools, buses, walker groups, and after school activities.  Appropriate parents, classroom teachers, and school staff receive immediate notification, and the changes are automatically taken into account during dismissal sessions to facilitate a safer and faster dismissal

• Improved Bus Departures.  Get the right students, on the right bus without confusion and daily delays.  Regulate the number of students in bus lanes by scheduling students based on bus arrival times, and track the drop-off points of students on bus routes

• Automated Student Attendance.  Schools have the option of placing an RF-ID tag in the student's backpack.  This allows the school to automatically track the arrival/ departure of students and have real-time information available on the student's whereabouts throughout the day.  Student tags search and communicate with parent/bus tags to confirm that the student has left with the scheduled parent or bus.

• Increase student safety and security by regulating the number students in and around school pickup areas.  The system allows the school to release a selective few students directly from homerooms (or centralized dismissal locations) into the pickup area at a time.  This mechanism allows for a more controlled and safer pickup area.  Students are only scheduled for release when the driver’s tag is authenticated and verified against the school's dismissal schedule, adding a much needed layer of security

• Emergency message console.  The school has the ability to send emergency messages to parents and authorities using a single message console. Message broadcasts could be made for early dismissals, school closings, school emergencies, etc. 

• Security throughout the school day.  The school has the ability to monitor parent arrival and departure times throughout the day. Certain schools use this data to track parent volunteer hours.  Tags could also be issued to scheduled maintenance or service companies to track their arrival and departure on school grounds

• Manage after-school programs and events.  School administrators have the ability to setup and schedule after-school programs such as aftercare, enrichment programs, and sporting events.  Changes or cancellations automatically initiate parent notification to phones, email, and cell phones.

• Recording absenteeism.  Using a secure connection and username/password, parents have the ability to record student absenteeism. The school and any other parents (if appropriate) are notified and the change is automatically taken into account during dismissal

• Pickup Changes.  Parents have the ability to schedule an early pickup, for example their child’s dental appointment. The school and any other parents (if appropriate) are notified and the change is automatically taken into account during dismissal.  Students are scheduled and made available for early pickup prior to the parent arriving. 

• Dismissal changes.  Parents have the ability to manage their children's dismissal schedule via a secure Website.  These changes are automatically taken into account during dismissals
