After-school Activity Management

The management of after-school activities such as the school's after-care program, enrichment programs, or sports practices/games have become a headache to schedule and maintain, impacting dismissal by causing confusion and delays for parents and teachers.

The After-school Activity Management module allows the school to easily manage activities including their schedule and students participating - reducing administrative hours.

• Setup and Manage After-school Activities Centrally When students are added to the activity, the system automatically removes the student from the RDS for those days.
• Reduce the Administrative Burden The school coordinator has the ability to cancel an activity (for a specific day), and the system will automatically move the students (scheduled in that activity) back to their original dismissal method (carpool, walker, or bus).
