School-Pass Assessment, Implementation, and Support Services

MHR Technologies is not just about technology. Before we integrate our School-Pass™ product into school environments, we'll assess the school's unique dismissal challenges and opportunities. We spend the time understanding the school's prioritized short and long-term needs. Our implementation has three phases:
Assessment & Alignment
We start our working relationship with each school by conducting an assessment of current arrival and dismissal processes and practices. We analyze the school's property, carpool and bus lane capacity, traffic flow patterns during arrival and dismissal peak periods, city regulations, pickup areas, dismissal locations, dismissal times across grade levels, after-school activities, dismissal change management & notification, and more. We also spend time interviewing parents, staff and faculty - getting their inputs on the current process and discuss alternatives.
The Dismissal Discovery & Assessment phase forms the basis for re-designing dismissal policies and practices, and formalizing the configuration for the School-Pass™ implementation (Phase II). Our process improvement methodology takes the school's current ("as is") dismissal processes, unique property configuration, student procedures, and parent/staff/faculty processes and designs and implements a new ("to be") dismissal operations model specifically configured for the school.
Implementation & Training
The implementation of our product is easy and does not require any special software, hardware, or expertise from the school. Schools will not need to acquire new hardware or upgrade existing systems. We provide all the hardware. The School-Pass™ server is installed on the school's network (behind the firewall) to provide ultimate security and availability.
School-Pass™ is a turn-key solution, all you need is a LAN-connected computer (PC or Mac with a standard Internet browser) in classrooms or dismissal locations. The School-Pass™ Server is simply plugged into your network, and you're ready to access the system from any computer on your network.
The implementation can take as little as 7-10 working days to complete. MHR Technologies is responsible for implementation and training. Assistance will be required from the school's IT/Network administrator and facilities manager.
Our typical implementation plan for School-Pass is structured as follows:

| 1. Contract signed | -- |
